Matt, Rob & myself immediately knew that this newly created Global Dressage Festival would be pivotal in preserving property values for farm owners in Wellington and that is why we were the first to sign up as a founding sponsor of the new dressage festival. For years the WEF’s hunter/jumper show has preserved property values for farm owners in Wellington as the show has continued to grow with every consecutive year. Now, the owners of WEF are bringing their magic to the discipline of Dressage by creating a world class Dressage venue right in our own backyard! We forecast that this will greatly enhance the property values for Wellington farm owners for years to come. Long story short is that due to the proximity of the Global Dressage Festival’s location in relation to the WEF’s hunter/jumper venue, the same farms that have appealed to hunter/jumper riders are now going to appeal to their Dressage counterparts. Now more than ever, ownership in a Wellington farm makes sense and is a strong investment choice for the foreseeable future! We want farm buyers and sellers to be as excited as we are …so to prove it we became the FIRST founding sponsor!

Construction has already begun for the new Dressage facility which is part of phase II of the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center complex that hosts the world famous Winter Equestrian Festival. The Dressage grounds are on 57 acres and will include a world-class covered arena, five outdoor arenas, stadium seating and much more! The festival will consist of five international-level CDI dressage competitions over a two-month period in winter 2012, including two World Cup qualifiers, a CDI3*, a CDI5* and the first Dressage Nations Cup in the western hemisphere outside of championship events. Finally, world-class Dressage has a home in Wellington!
